Goal - Elimination! Win!
If you're going to do a job, do it right! Our goal is not to wage a long and costly war at your house or place of business. Our goal is to win! Period! We do not go to a location with the hope of just reducing an infestation. We strive for absolute elimination.
The Best in the Business!
We fix your Bed Bug problems! Period! This is what we do. This is our commitment to you.
To insure that our dogs and handlers are at the top of their game, we have our dogs and handlers tested regularly and accredited independantly by the National Entomology Sent Detection Canine Association (NESDCA). NESDCA is recognized as the premier certification organization for working dogs and handlers that search using scent.
We also have good reviews on BBB, Angie's List, Home Advisor and other places on the internet. These sites don't force us to behave. This is how we run our business. These solid reviews are a result of our commitment to service and our commitment to you.
Truth be told...Middle-men like Angie's List and Home Advisor say they are free services. In fact, they charge the service provider and that service provider passed the expense on to you. How do we know? We tried them at one time. We have since stopped. We do not believe in using middle-men services because of the hidden costs. You will find that the better companies are not on these sites.
But, they're just bugs... What's the big deal? How hard can it be?
Bed Bugs aren't like most bugs. They are one of the most challenging insects to find and exterminate.
- Store bought products don't kill them.
- They don't have a natural predator.
- They are hard to find. It only takes one to create an infestation.
Maybe you don't believe us? Here is a link to CNN and The Columbus Dispatch. (if the link does not work, please send us an e-mail. If they move the article, we need to change this link. Thank you! )
Simply put... The old ways of exterminating don't work for bed bugs. We have mastered the skills required to find and exterminate them. From houses, to offices, to hotels, to retail businesses; we have you covered.
What exactly does M2 do?
M2 does 2 things:
1) Inspect using bed bug detection dogs.
2) exterminate (Heat and/or chemical)
We take these 2 skills and repeat them until your problem is solved and no bugs are detected.
It sounds simple, but it's not. Humans can find bed bugs, but we aren't very effective. Some dogs (like ours) have incredible noses that can do amazing things like track other animals, track bad guys, find explosives, find drugs, find cadavers, and other things. M2 dogs go to school with police dogs, search and rescue dogs, cadaver dogs, and personal protection dogs. Our handlers are also trained extensively. When we put them together, we have a great solution to your bed bug problems.
Our professionals come in 2 forms:
Inspection Teams come in 2s, a Handler and a Bed Bug Detection Dog. This is Mike Posey and Turbo. They go through extensive training. They can find the Bed Bugs others miss, eliminate them, and then prove that they are gone. If you decide to have your issues resolved using pesticides, the handler is thoroughly trained in eliminating your infestation.
Heater Technicians do exactly that...heat your spaces. They are responsible for using strong heaters to safely raise the temperature of your spaces to eliminate your bed bugs.
Heat vs. Pesticide
Everyone knows that bed bugs are tough to eliminate. So we bring it all! Some scenarios are better suited for Heat while other are more suited for Pesticides. Sometimes we use both....
When do we recommend Heat?
- Smaller infestations.
- Confined physically by walls.
- Customer preference.
When do we recommend Pesticides?
- No physical confinement like office cubes, waiting rooms, theaters, churches, etc..
- Sensitive belongings.
- Customer Preference.
When do we recommend both?
- A mixture of confined and unconfined spaces.
- It's a big infestation and there are a lot of places for bed bugs to go.
Word on the streets
"As a Landlord we have been fighting a Bed Bug epidemic at our Apartments complexes for the past three years. We relied on a local pest control company that employs the traditional methods of extermination. After two years of using that traditional method we found ourselves still fighting an ever growing infestation of Bed Bugs. March of this year we began looking at the other methods of exterminations on the market. One such method was the use of heat to dry up the Bed Bugs. But our research found this method very labor intensive. Then we found a method that at first made us skeptical, but once we show the method in action, we were sold, on the ideal of using the power of a beagles nose to locate and form a direct attack of killing this pest. With M2 Bed Bugs, we were able to use “Turbo” the Bed Bug Sniffing Beagle to seek and find the hiding places of these Bed Bugs. Turbos handler Mike Posey was then able to use his extermination methods to kill and kill and kill these biting bed bugs. Mr. Posey went out of his way to work closely with us and each tenant to get rid of this pest. With the fabulous help of Turbo and M2 Bed Bugs, we can now say that we are currently Bed Bug FREE in all of our housing Complexes. M2 Bed Bugs was also able to assist us with the extermination of a Roach infestation that we had, that another pest control company was unable to exterminate. We are so pleased to be able to work with Turbo and M2 Bed Bugs.

Welcome Scamp! Scamp is the newest member of the M2 Family!
Yes, he's a good looking dog! Don't be fooled, he's a hard worker too!! Scamp comes to us from the Dayton area and was owned by someone who attempted the bed bug detection business and recently liquidated. Besides being a super nice dog, we liked scamp because he was originally trained by the same place where our other dogs were trained. After 2 months of refreshing his skills, he was ready! He has now reached a level of ability we expect from our dogs. Scamp has found his forever home with the M2 family. Welcome aboard Scamp!

What do I need to do before an M2 dog visits my property?
NOTE: Safety is very important to us. This includes keeping our dogs safe. Pesticides can injure our dogs. if you (or anyone) has sprayed a pesticide in the last 4 weeks, it is very important for us to know. If you're not sure...we would like to hear that too.
